I went in hoping to get some advice on how to install my front license plate bracket, and not only was the man who helped me (I think his name was Gary) very knowledgeable, but he installed the bracket for me and put on both of my license plates as well! Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful.

I would give 4 stars but I HATE their checkout system. You can stand in one of the 4 lines and not move while others come and go in other lines. They need to do what banks do, first in line, first helped.This is so obvious that they do not even recognize it as a problem. I have seen people leave the store due to standing in the wrong line for too long. For some reason all their stores operate in this odd manner. AA is NOT a supermarket!
The african american lady thats behind the counter is in a horrible mood all the time and wont try to help you unless you specifically ask her to. I needed to run the computer on my car because of the service engine light and the guy who helped me do it said I should take my car to the mechanic which i didnt need to. i just had to replace the fuel cap. I had to search the code on the internet myself. This same problem happened to my car before and in a different autopart they actually recommended me to try and fix it by just replacing the fuel cap. I have only had bad experiences with this one Advance Autoparts in the 2 visits I had.

Great folks who are very helpful. I was just in there today and they were super cool about helping me scan my battery and do an online order for a replacement battery in the store and "pick up in store" (I thought that would be a pain for them, but not at all!).
